Through a series of buyouts, takeovers, etc. over the years I found myself banking at IBC. There was a period, ages ago, when the customer service was very good. Now it's become a rather 'meh'...

I literally only come to this branch when I'm in a hurry and don't have time to go to another one. Every time I come the tellers are rude and act as if doing their job is somehow asking too much....
