We usually bank at the Portland branch or the north May branch, but we've stopped into this branch from time to time and have been treated with courtesy. Five stars!

The drive through is sooo slow. I could be the only car there and wait 15 minutes. If you want to withdraw from your account you have to go inside?? I'm 6 feet from the window and I have my Id....

IBC Bank is one of the worst banks I have done business with. They put a hold on my account without notifying me. I am the primary signer on the account, even tho it was for my special needs...

The Customer service is nonexistent. In person they're usually friendly but always under staffed. If you're a person who enjoys wasting there own time and love talking to an automated customer...
