Love this place! Has a great atmosphere. It's always clean everyone here is so friendly and very helpful all the time I've been going to her for just a 2 1/2 years.

great location but the girls who work here are rude and need to learn customer service skills specifically the ones working 05/06/24 learn how to speak members who pay monthly member ships...

a great variety of workouts with VI who guide you through. the infared saunas add to a great workout by adding heat in a tolerable way. if you haven't tried it yet it's worth the hype!
