Nice and clean and comfy. We got the room with the jetted tub, very cozy. Staff was friendly. Check in was quick. Breakfast was mediocre but that's to be expected.

Elevator was broken when we arrived. Our room was on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall. This sucks even more when you have bad knees. Finally get to our room just to find out the TV didn't...

Honestly it wasn't terrible or anything, but compared to what the HIE brand is supposed to represent - and I've stayed at a lot of them - this one is substandard. We couldn't find a parking spot...

Pros: Comfy bed, plenty of pillows, clean and spacious room, very quiet. Fair hotel breakfast. Cons: bathroom has large cracked and loose tiles, grout has crumbled. BIG tear in darkening...
