History

Since 2000 I have been in Social Media. Even before it was called social media, I was creating IRC Channels, having heated discussions on forums, and sharing information I had discovered. Then came Myspace, Friendster, and that graduated into Twitter and Facebook when they finally opened up to the rest of the world. So I have been in the tech world for little over 15 years. I was also raised in a small Texas panhandle town. There I learned many key lessons that deal with social media. Make a hand of yourself. Be helpful. You see something that needs to be done don't wait for someone else do something about it. Be proactive. Be constructive not destructive. You see Mrs. Cartwright having troubles with her bags you help her carry those bags. In other words be useful and help where you can. That is how I take Social Media. I saw many small to medium sized companies who either don't have social media strategy, or are doing more harm than good. This is where I can help you.
