Customer service is horrible. Raise rates with no explanation, then when I have to reach out to ask why many times they do not answer emails. And when they do, it is one or two sentences that are...

Totally agree with Trent D, on customer service. Moved here from Houston 5 years ago. My agent there was fabulous.We met every year to discuss insurance. Transferred all of policies to them and...
