Oklahoma Food and Agricultural Products Research and Technology Center, also known as FAPC, stimulate and support the growth of value-added food and agricultural processing products in Oklahoma. The center s agricultural economics group assists processors and entrepreneurs by providing information in the forms of research reports, extension publications and workshops in the areas of legalities and liabilities of business development, industry status and trends, and market demographics and growth patterns. Its value-added wood products center conducts research in areas that include particleboard manufacturing from eastern red cedar, overlaying quality of particleboard panels and composite panel manufacturing from underutilized species. Oklahoma Food and Agricultural Products Research and Technology Center is located in Stillwater, Okla.
