This branch is on the ghetto side. The employees were nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the woman who helped me told me she enrolled me in paperless statements, and turns out she didn't...

Terrible bank and worse customer service. Could not successfully open a child's savings account and was given no valid or concrete reason for being rejected after abiding by all bank's requests...
