As a First Command Financial Advisor, I am committed to helping clients consistently make the smart, informed financial decisions that are essential to the pursuit of long-term financial security. I chose this profession because I believe it gives me the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the people I work with. Experience has taught me that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior. That’s why I seek to form trusting, long term relationships with clients, serving as their personal financial coach by: 1. Helping them set specific and meaningful goals that are aligned with their values 2. Providing them with a comprehensive, personalized plan for effectively pursuing their goals 3. Encouraging and motivating them to adopt and consistently practice the productive financial behaviors necessary to successfully execute their plan 4. Making strategic adjustments in their plan as their circumstances and goals evolve over time I don’t believe in shortcuts to financial security. I advocate time-tested financial principles including prudent and responsible debt management, disciplined saving and investing and a thoughtful insurance strategy for managing financial risk. And as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR), I am held to a fiduciary standard, required in all cases to act in the clients’ best interests. Alex Frank joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in January 2022, following a 13-year career in the United States Air Force, where he attained the rank of Technical Sergeant. Alex understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away. Alex has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Troy University and an Associate’s degree in Arabic Studies from the Defense Language Institute as well as a CCAF Associate's in Intelligence Studies & Technology. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Oklahoma. Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Alex serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Active in his community, Alex is a member of the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce, Tinker Home Away from Home and he continues his military service as a member of the Oklahoma Air National Guard at the Will Rogers ANG Base. In his free time, Alex enjoys hiking, spending time with family, and traveling. Raymond Rogers joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in May 2009, following a 25-year career in the United States Navy. There, he served as a naval flight officer on the E-6B aircraft, supporting strategic communications. He attained the rank of Commander. A graduate of Savannah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and Central Michigan University with a Master of Science in Administration degree, Raymond holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses. Understanding that the single most powerful contributor to financial well-being is behavior, Raymond works closely with his clients to develop personalized financial plans that reflect their values, address their priorities and support their goals. Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals. And through ongoing planning to address changes in one's financial and personal circumstances, Raymond is ready to assist clients as they pursue their goals through a lifetime financial journey. Married with two children, Raymond is a Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America, and a certified Oklahoma Master Gardener. He enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, golfing and gardening.
