It has Brooklyn's vibe of being approachable, unpretentious, creative and uninhibited. Its original takes on the hamburger include Thai and other influences that work and will surprise you. Creative dipping sauces for fries, etc. Of course, it excels at the real-deal American classic. Noticeably better quality meat tastes fresher and unfrozen. Top it off with terrific desserts that belong more in high-end midtown NYC, ice cream, beer and sleek plasma screens scattered around the restaurant.
