Poor customer service and overly pricey were overlooked until we tried to return/exchange some curtain hardware. Unfortunately their unpublished return policy (except in small print on receipt)...

I was please with the level of attention & expertise they gave me in coordinating a few different fabrics. Also, we got. Large chair recovered with them, high quality work & not too expensive.

Horrible customer service!! Found a fabric, they did not have enough and refused to order it fir me...would not sell me fabric at a fabric store...waste of time..dont bother!
