Was 3 minutes late do to a car accident and would not be seen. I would completely understand if I didn't wait in line for over 5 minutes just to get to the counter. How they even knew I was late...

Would not recommend! Asked at counter if they accepted my insurance. I was told to call my provider to see if their office was on my insurance list.

I was VERY impressed from my initial call for an appointment, receptionist, Dr's assistant and Dr Bussey. I'm live n CA and here visiting my Mom locally. Something was going on with one of my eyes...

Bought hundred dollar glasses insurance for two year coverage and was just told they would not honor it. Woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, very disappointed in how I was treated.
