History

While working as a B-52 bomber mechanic in Oklahoma City, founder John Elkins began winning local, regional, and national awards for his homebrewed beers. In 2014, he made the leap into full-time commercial brewing. After four years of brewing at other local facilities, Elk Valley Brewing opened a permanent location and taproom in OKC's rapidly growing Midtown District.
