window has moisture in between the panes - which is due to a seal break. I spoke to Dyer, and they do not stand behind their product

Had a 21x33 window replaced by Dyer Glass 12 years ago. This is a non-opening decorative window - that is shaded by an eve and faces north - no sun. Well, now the window has moisture in between...
