I used Dougs for years but noticed items coming up missing. Gradually decided this wasn't worth using since I lost quite a few items.

Aged facility. Smells. Old equipment. Methane odors & Management won't come to the phone for such issues. After 1yr, I had to drop their wash & fold service.

I do my own laundry, this place is nice but too many machines are out of order. It's 7:45 am and 40 degrees outside and they have the ceiling fans on inside. I mean really, I work so I like that...
