History
Dorsey Processing, LLC is a brand new beef processing facility. With all the latest equipment. We process custom beef and in the process of getting state and USDA approved. D Bar Beef has a retail store in the front of the Processing Plant to sell the Dorsey Ranch beef directly to the consumer. Charles and Pam Dorsey have been ranching for over 40 years. Wanted to start selling beef directly to consumers. Charles Wesley and Nichole Dorsey and Brandon and Heather Dorsey Mills children of Charles and Pam Dorsey started D Bar Beef in 2020. D Bar buys Dorsey Ranch beef and sells directly to consumers. Ranch to Table. Now the Dorsey Family cattle are born, raised, and processed never leaving the ranch. The consumers know exactly where there beef comes from.
