History

Owners Kristine Combs and Dina Pierce started the salon with a vision to create an atmosphere where stylists are constantly pursing their creativity and education. Since our team is carefully crafted, we offer a wide range of custom hair styles suited just for you. Our team receives continuing education from TIGI, Toni & Guy, Loreal, and Label M, Vidal Sassoon, and other companies. We are proud to have two TIGI and Label M educators on our staff who travel across the country to teach and share their knowledge while also leading weekly classes within our salon. Our educators are at DK daily, not only to work with their clients, but also to serve as a guidepost for the rest of the stylists.

We promote an atmosphere where education, teamwork, and creative freedom co-exist to create the best customer experience for our clients. Our team consistently receives monthly education from in house educators as well as international companies in our continuing effort to stay on top of the hair industries changing fashion.
