Four County Mental Health Center Inc. is a not-for-profit licensed Kansas community mental health center founded in 1964. Located in Coffeyville, Kan., the center serves residents across the southeast Kansas counties of Chautauqua, Elk, Montgomery and Wilson. It provides its services primarily through two services divisions, including the community-based mental health services for adults division and the community-based mental health services for children's division.
