I'm passionate about preventative care and I love to individualize care for each patient. It's important to me that my patients feel comfortable. I really try to get to know each patient so they feel as if they're my own family member.

A cornerstone of my practice is to encourage healthy lifestyles. It's very exciting to see patients take charge of their lives and become healthier. I've wanted to be a doctor since I was a little girl, and what an interesting career it is! Watching people and families grow over time helps me grow as a person.

Next to the decisions we make that affect our relationship with God and our loved ones, the decisions we make about our healthcare are often the most significant. In a time when there is an abundance of information about healthcare decisions, I relish the opportunity to help my patients and their family make good healthcare decisions. I keep the following criteria in mind: Will this decision improve the quality of my patient's life? I also know these decisions are made in the context of busy lives where time and resources are precious and limited. As a family physician, I am honored to help patients navigate these decisions every day.
