Dr. Robert E. Leonard II is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Retinal Associates of Oklahoma. He specializes in vitreo-retinal diseases and surgery. Dr. Leonard completed his residency and fellowship at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, serving as Chief Resident. He is a Clinical Professor and Director of the vitreo-retinal surgery fellowship program at the Dean McGee Eye Institute and has been involved in over 30 clinical trials.
