Walk in to be immediately NOT greeted. I walk up to the counter and zero employees offered to take my order. They didn't even look up at me. They all had headphones in and didn't say a single word...

Very disappointed that they no longer give you a free cookie on your birthday unless you are silver status.

Horrible experience. Dirty store. Rude counter staff with seemingly no concern for customers at all. Ordered online at least an hour in advance but still had to wait 20 minutes for my cookies....
