Horrible experience- argued with us about oil we wanted - got oil all over engine - and worst of all bent hood rod when he tried to slam the hood down while still engaged...and now the hood is out...

No worries. I've driven by since this event and taken my business elsewhere for last year. That policy is a little ridiculous when you're not getting a customers vehicle clean. $55 anywhere...
