Grace Hospice of Oklahoma is a nonprofit organization offering home health and nursing care services for the senior citizens. Its services include respite and hospice care services. It provides personal and hygiene care services, such as assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, housekeeping and exercises. It also offers case management and volunteer support to terminally ill patients. It additionally provides children and adolescents programs that assist in the grief education. Its recreational activities include physical, speech and occupational therapies. It provides training program for the volunteers. It also offers a bereavement and grief support program for children. It is located in Tulsa, Okla.
