Located in Oklahoma City, Okla., Grace Living Centers is a Medicare-certified nursing and rehabilitation facility offering long-term nursing care as well as short-term rehabilitation and care to individuals recovering from an illness or injury. Long-term care is available to patients suffering from heart problems, strokes, diabetes and Dementias, including Alzheimer's disease. Additionally, the center offers facilities to care for individuals with high or low blood pressure, decubitis, mobility problems, feeding difficulties and other chronic problems. Short-term care is available in case of broken bones, pneumonia and other short-term illnesses. Further, Grace Living Centers provides physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies, along with injections, medication dispensing and monitoring, breathing treatments and wound care.
