Slow, slow, slow. Do not use this location. I under they are just busy but you could at-least acknowledge that you are waiting in the lobby for hours.

THE 3600 NW 138th Street, Suite 100 OFFICE GAVE THE EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT BACK TO THE BUYER BEFORE CLOSING. IT WAS NOT EVEN CASHED AT OPENING OF TITLE. THIS WAS/IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST TITLE...

Absolutely terrible to deal with on a FSBO. Do not return phone calls or emails at all. Telling a client in a voicemail recording, "if you want a response, send an email." is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE...
