The service is okay. The food sits in the buffet too long. If you go when they first open it is good.

Young lady at the window is rude but the lady working the line is doing a great job. Chicken was not fresh and my roll is burnt. I have eaten @ Charlie's all my life this is the worst.

Super friendly, family owned small business. We arrived after the buffet had closed, unfortunately. But we were still able to order ala carte/meals. We had beef ribs - awesome - and chopped...

Absolutely incredible. Best pulled pork I've ever had. Great service, wonderful people, fast, conveniently located off of i40. Happy we stopped here!
