Pioneer Technology Center has an enrollment of more than 2,500 students and provides various occupation related courses. The center s provides courses in automotive technology, child care, collision repair, construction, cosmetology, food service, practical technology and information technology. Its business and technology department provides classes in administrative services, accounting, network technology, computer application and Web development. Additionally, the center offers courses in machine tool, photography, mechanical technology and welding. It has an education enhancement center and counseling department that provides assistance to students in program skills and provides career guidance. Pioneer Technology Center also provides online career training courses for adults. The center offers financial aid, scholarship and grants to students. It is located in Ponca City, Okla.

Established in 1970, Gordon Cooper Technology Center provides career and Technical education and is located in Shawnee, Okla. The center offers more than 25 full-time programs, and serves over 800 high school students and nearly 4,500 individuals annually through short-term classes and customized training. It offers a wide range of full-time programs, such as accounting and financial services, computer-aided drafting, automotive service technology, electrical careers technology, licensed practical nursing, precision machining, professional diesel technician and masonry trades. It also offers various short-term programs that include accounting, service and hospitality, software and networking, career specialties, professional development and animal wellness. It provides various student services that include career center, educational enhancement center, adult counselor, financial aid, guidance and enrollment counseling. The center is in partnership with various communities and area high schools, such as North Rock Creek, Pleasant Grove, White Rock, New Lima, Wewoka and Seminole Public Schools.
