Customer service has always been pleasant and polite anytime I needed to call in. Response time anytime our alarm has gone off has always been incredible, leaving us with a definite feeling of safety.

My system needed to be changed over from the previous owner and it stormed last night and the alarm sounded. We thought it wasn't activated as we hadn't got to it yet and called them for help...
Camco is a terrible company. Horrible customer service.Apparently we needed an alleged upgrade to our system but were never informed. We find out later our system wasn't being monitored properly....
