Byng School District

Byng School District, established in 1925, operates early learning centers, elementary, middle and high schools throughout Oklahoma. It offers education to students in grades kindergarten through 12 and has an enrollment of more than 1,200 students. Its curriculum includes a variety of subjects, such as religious studies, English, science, social studies, business and technology, mathematics, foreign languages, fine arts, and health, driver and physical education. The district s athletic department offers a variety of sports activities, including baseball, basketball, cheerleading, golf, softball, swimming, tennis, bowling and cross country. The extracurricular activities offered by the district include music, arts, dramatics, choir, photography, scrapbook, dance, and Italian, Spanish and French clubs. The district has a student council, and a parent teacher association that organizes science fairs, fund-raising events and supports school activities. Byng School District is located in Ada, Okla.
