The security staff are rude and insulting. The games are a joke and the payouts have been run down to practically nothing. Even when you do win, they treat you like crap. House players all over...

Not for the bingo itself, but the food court is horrible. Service wise. My fiance and i waited to get our food for 30 mins before they called us up to grab a bag that was left on the back counter...
