First treading experience. Was fast and well done. Not going to pretend it didn't hurt but it wasn't as painful as I anticipated. I've got sensitive skin and they used lotion after on my brows....

I am a repeat customer. I never have to wait very long during my walk-in appointments. I sometimes call first but it's still fast for a walk in. They did a really good job, my eyebrows look great...
