Bank of America Financial Center

Been there several times tellers always nice and knowledgeable, clean and comfortable waiting area, I usually go on Saturdays so there is not much people.

I'd give no stars if that were an option!! Worst bank ever. Customer service is non-existent! No drive-thru, they NEVER answer their phone. I'm leaving for a local bank, A REAL BANK!! This one sux!

The worst bank imo. They are only open 10-4p. No drive thru. Always a line inside with ONE TELLER and people asking question after question. Oh. My. Goodness. Drives me crazy to come in here!!

Super slow and never fully staffed and even if they are the staff goes to the back to do nothing.
