They just closed their drive-thru and replaced it with "24 hour ATM" service. Lines inside the bank are now absolutely ridiculous. Do. Not. Bank. Here.

No Customer Service. Don't put $$$ here. I removed my $$$$$$. They didn't care one bit that I removed a big amount. Again DON'T put any money at any BOA.

There are a dozen or so people in line and nobody is working the desk. There was one person working the desk when I got here, but she has been in the back for about 5 minutes now.
