This bank makes you want to leave Bank of America, borderline refusal to get cash out of your account and the worst customer service. don't even know why this bank is open

We had to open an account here because my husbands job transfers his pay here from another BOA in Kansas. Since we've opened it we notice when you get money from an ATM you are charged an ATM fee...

When are these people EVER open? They are ALWAYS closed! Hands down the worst branch ever! I'd switch banks but they'd have to be open to do it.
