Your private historic loft space with 1250 square feet has one master bedroom with Queen size bed, large dresser & private bath, a second bedroom with a full size bed, vanity with mirror, armoire and nightstand, living room with 1 couch and 2 new Cabella sturdy camping cots for additional sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is very large with seating for 8 at dining table and partially open to the rest of the space with large architectural open windows with the original 1902 design. A flat screen TV in the living room with Wifi and Direct TV for your viewing pleasure is also available. Oversized iconic paintings by Utopia Joe as seen on HGTV & PBS are shown throughout the loft. Full Size Washer & Dryer is available in the common hallway. Loft is located upstairs with no elevator access. Continental breakfast includes coffee, juice, bottled water, bagels and cream cheese.
