Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. Normally I love Arby's but on 12/30/24 the evening drive through order taker was incredibly rude! It will be a very long time before or if I return.

Food was good, service was fast, ambiance was good as well, however the tables could use a little more cleaning, my family and I had to wipe down our table ourselves.

The food is fine. The atmosphere today, however, is very unpleasant and unprofessional. The staff is shouting non stop and there appears to be no management on site.

stopped in for a quick dinner, the cashier was to busy goofing off with the boy in the drive thru that she was not paying attention to my questions about food. The employee working behind her...
