Parkside is one of the leading psychiatric centers in the United States. Operational for more than 40 years, the center serves over 3,5000 individuals annually. Established in 1979, the Grand Lake Mental Health Center is a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of services for people with mental illnesses. The center offers outpatient and community integration programs. Its case management program provides individualized support to disabled people through assessment, planning, linkage, advocacy, coordination and monitoring activities. The center also offers short-term crisis intervention and stabilization services. Grand Lake Mental Health Center additionally provides medication management and individual, family and group counseling services. It has a staff of certified recovery support specialists, psychiatrists, physicians, and crises services and clinical programs administrators. Grand Lake Mental Health Center operates a facility in Claremore, Okla.
