I've had a unit there for 9 years and the new manager took over in September. She's rude, still hasn't handled one of my complaints, their office is rarely open during their posted office hours....

Doesn't even deserve the one star! Poop customer service! Extremely unprofessional! After 9 years as a client we are done! And our sphere of network in Norman will know how bad this place has...
