They have public bathrooms and a small information center. Came at 4:30 on a Friday and the information center was closed. The bathrooms were dirty and didn't have soap. Nice parking lot next to...

For the yellow Springs Street fair festival if they reject your application they keep your $15 Application fee and they refused to tell you why they are rejecting you. That is very shady business...
