WVIZ TV Channel 25, founded in 1965, is a public television station offering transmission, programming and broadcasting services throughout the northeastern Ohio. I grew up in Cleveland, and have spent the past 10 years moving around the country, and every day I am sad that WVIZ isn't the model for every PBS station.

This past Saturday we watched Doc Martin and could understand every word, then Inspector Lewis came on and it was so muffled we could hardly understand a word. What goes?
