For anyone reading this, DO NOT purchase direct from Whirlpool, even if you get a little cheaper price and delivered faster than say a SAM's, Best Buy, Costco, or Walmart. At least those entities...

We bought all new appliances directly from Whirlpool. The refrigerator has not worked properly since the day they brought them. It took us three weeks to get the repair man here the first time....
