Drive thru is very slow from the start the lady said give me a minute and took 5 to even take the order then waited another 15 to receive food. Food is also made and wrapped sloppy

Well we ordered on line 3 large burger combo's plus one extra spicy chicken sandwich and one small chili and 2 large chili's . All the combo's had large fries with them. Now the story slides down...
