Established in 1890, the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library serves the educational, cultural and recreational needs Trumbull County residents. Located in Warren, Ohio, the library comprises of several branches in Brookfield, Cortland, Howland, Liberty and the Lordstown Library. It provides current popular reading, viewing and listening materials. The library houses library programs, events, computer with internet access, word processing software and other recreational activities. Additionally, Warren-Trumbull County Public Library provides housebound library service and a delivery of library materials for the physically handicapped and visually impaired.

This library is great and so are the helpful people who work here. The programs they offer are first rate. IMO, the library is the only thing in this dead town that kept up with the 21st century
