Took 3 hrs to turn in a phone. The Verizon at Easton mall only took an hour. There was no line and not busy at all. Horrible speed time and customer service. Never go to this location people!!!

Verizon Wireless in general is overpriced and overrated. I had a contract for at least 3 years.. They tried to up my bill because I changed jobs and no longer would give me a discount. Really....
