Greet the patron that is waiting. Was there for at least 10-minutes and no one came out to my vehicle to acknowledge that I was there.

This is legitimately the only Valvoline I go to. The employees are SO friendly and kind, they always get you in and out super quick, and even check your tires and fill your windshield wiper fluid...

Usually I dread oil changes. Jefe and Eric did a great job and we're in good spirits the whole time. They didn't push anything on me, but told me what to change and when. Really helpful. Great job...
