I'm a member of US Bank and have always enjoyed their customer service but this location is horribly understaffed which results in bad customer service because the staff is always in a rush....

Worst Bank. One of the only full service US Banks on the Westside of town. The wait in the drive thru line will always be over 10-15 minutes if you're the first car in line. Waited over 20...
