This location is always busy. Staff are very nice. A little bummed the icee machine was down. That's the whole reason we went. Best Ice cream in the city. Way better than Graters and less expensive.

Try another location perhaps. Their ice cream is darn good. Shameful for a local Ohio institution that has a small store with lots of in and out traffic and people traveling from all over...

This UDF gets a star for being open 24 hours, but that's about it...My biggest problem with this place is that you cannot pre-pay for gas. I really don't think there are any other gas stations...

Plenty of pumps so the wait, if any, is not long at all. The service here is always quick and pleasant. I love to see that staff acknowledge and greet you as you enter. It's your typical UDF but...
