bridges to independence Building Relationships for Independence; Daring to Grow with Exceptional Success Bridges to Independence was founded in 1999 by Chris Ritchie and Bunny Ambro, who bring a combined 30 years of experience in providing quality I/O Waiver, Supported Living, and Level One services to people with developmental disabilities in Delaware and Franklin Counties. Our agency currently provides services to approximately 111 people in Crawford, Delaware, Franklin, Marion, Morrow, Licking, and Richland counties that range from a couple of hours each week providing assistance with banking, shopping or getting out in the community; to spending a few hours each day assisting with daily living skills or getting ready for work; to 24 hour supports to assist with daily living needs and the opportunity to live independently. We provide transportation to and from appointments, shopping and recreation.
