It's really gone downhill in the past couple of years. Bad hiring decisions in management and ran off all the good help. Are the residents being neglected? Ask them!

DISAPPOINTING! They shut down an elevator for repair 11 or 12 weeks ago, no exaggeration. There is no good excuse for this incompetence. The elevators are often out of service for a day or so....
