Tuscarawas County Public Library

Located in New Philadelphia, Ohio, Tuscarawas County Public Library is providing customers with relevant study materials and innovative programs. The library offers s a variety of services, such as reference and information, internet and email access, word processing, Golden Buckeye cards, photocopies and educator collections, to name a few. Additionally, it conducts programs, including summer reading programs, children's programs, children's story times, teen programs, adult/outreach programs and more. Tuscarawas County Public Library also provides newspapers and magazines, genealogy, local history, bookmobile service, homework help and interlibrary loan, among others.
